Dear colleagues
This is just a quick reminder about the BFCC AGM and Executive Committee
(EC) meeting at Westway House, Botley, Oxford, on Saturday 19 June. Directions to the venue are attached, and Alan Rawlings has kindly offered to pick up anyone arriving at Oxford station (1 mile from the venue); please contact Alan if you wish to take advantage of this offer.
It is usual for Officers of BFCC other than the President (Secretary, International Secretary, Information Circular Editor)to present a report to the AGM and all reports from Tournament Directors and Officials to update the EC on progress in your tournament or area of responsibility will be very welcome.
This meeting is also the one that (re)-elects people to BFCC posts, so if anyone wishes to stand down or to try their hand at something new, please let me know. We are looking for a Tournament Director for the British CC Championships starting this autumn and any suggestions/nominations for this post would be very welcome.
If you have anything to add to the agenda, again please let me know. Please feel free to forward this message to anyone who might be interested.
Finally, I would just like to thank everyone involved with BFCC for their hard work and co-operation over the past year. I hope to see some of you at the AGM/EC.
